What payment methods are accepted? All major credit/debit cards with the VISA/Mastercard/Amex/Discover logo are accepted forms of payment along with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What happens after I submit my order? Once you submit your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details as well as login information to access your online account if you haven’t already registered. Your order remains pending until shipped. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email showing shipping status.
Can I track my order shipment? Customers have multiple ways to track their orders – using the ‘order tracking’ link, emailing customer service, or submitting the tracking number provided to one of our three shipping partners (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). How long does my order take to arrive? Zenbeo Tech guarantees up to 7 days delivery for orders in the continental U.S. and up to 15 days for international orders. All sellers are obligated to meet that 7-14 day delivery timeframe which includes providing a valid tracking number within 24 hours of a customer’s order. Express shipments are guaranteed 1-3 days express delivery for domestic orders and 5-10 days for international orders.
Is my payment information securely protected on Zenbeotech.com? Zenbeotech.com uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate and a third-party payment processor to safely encrypt all payment data (credit/debit card numbers) that is routed through the Zenbeotech.com website to the website’s host server and to/from the financial institutions. All credit/debit card numbers cannot be read or seen by anyone at Zenbeotech.com or by the third-party payment processor. Customers are also encouraged to utilize virtual card numbers offered by their banks and/or financial institutions to securely place orders on Zenbeotech.com.
What is Zenbeotech.com’s return policy? Zenbeo Tech offers a 45-day return/exchange policy on all items except for opened software, video games, damaged or unusable items, and other items which are listed in the ‘terms and conditions’ section. All opened electronics, phones and computers will be accessed a 5% restocking fee.
Why is there no sales tax included in my total purchase price? Because Zenbeo Tech has not met the New York and California minimum gross revenue threshold, an economic nexus has not yet been established in those states, therefore no sales tax.

II. Trading/Selling
What is the maximum value of the product I can trade in/sell? The most Zenbeo Tech will accept for trade-ins or to sell is $5000. This amount includes the total for bulk items or a single item.
How old can the item(s) be to sell/trade? Items can be no older than 3 years.
What items are not accepted? Items that are damaged, heavily used, coned, imitated, or copied will be rejected and returned.
What item are accepted for sell/trade? Zenbeo Tech accepts most electronics unless those suffering severe damage, usage, cloned or imitated.
How long does the review process take? The process takes 3-5 days to review after the item has been mailed and received.
How will I get paid and how soon? Payment is through Paypal, Venmo, online store credit, trade of equal store value, or check. Payment occurs 2-3 days after successful receipt of the product.
Is the sale/trade final? Yes. Once you’ve submitted your item to sell or trade and its approved, the decision is final and can’t be stopped or reversed.
